Each of our therapists brings their own lived experience, professional training, and deep compassion to the work we share together.
I am a qualified Gestalt therapist, mainly working with women experiencing anxiety, PTSD, and recovery from abuse. My own healing journey changed the course of my life — and it is that lived experience that shapes the depth of presence I bring to every session.
Rooted in compassion and grounded attunement, I create a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and meet yourself with honesty and care. I hold a master's degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy and continue to deepen my learning in service of those I work with.
I am a licensed Gestalt Psychotherapist with a background in Psychology. I support individual adults going through struggles in their personal journey towards growth and resilience.
My approach is warm, curious, and grounded — meeting each person exactly where they are, without judgement. Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface and work toward greater awareness, choice, and freedom.
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic, person-centred approach that focuses on the present moment — on what is happening right now, in the room, between us. Rather than focusing solely on the past or on fixing problems, Gestalt invites awareness, contact, and genuine dialogue.
The word gestalt means "whole" — and that is how we see you. Not as a collection of symptoms or a diagnosis, but as a whole person, shaped by experience, capable of growth and change.
Fully showing up — for you, with you, in each moment of the session.
Noticing what is — thoughts, feelings, body — without judgement or force.
Real, human connection as the ground from which healing naturally grows.
